Configurations include:

⚠️ TUNING & COOLING NOTE

The 6R140 transmission is extremely sensitive to heat, tuning, converter lockup strategy, and line pressure calibration.

Improper tuning or excessive heat can lead to:

• Converter failure

• Burnt clutches

• Slipping shifts

• Pressure instability

• Premature transmission failure

Proper tuning and transmission cooling are critical on tuned or heavily loaded trucks.

Final tuning and cooling system condition are the responsibility of the installer and vehicle owner.
