Covered
- Verified defects in materials or workmanship
- Covered internal parts supplied and installed by Twisted Torque
- Repair or replacement of covered transmission defects at Twisted Torque's discretion
- Performance applications when correctly matched to the disclosed combination and operated within the rated build and approved intended use
Not Covered
- Removal or reinstallation labor
- Fluids or diagnostic charges
- Towing or rental vehicles
- Improper installation
- Overheating or inadequate cooling
- Contaminated or restricted cooler/cooling systems
- Vehicle-related failures
- Improper tuning, programming or electronic controls
- Operation beyond the horsepower, torque or intended-use level of the build purchased
- Incidental, consequential or other related expenses
Performance Modifications Do Not Automatically Void Your Warranty
Performance modifications do not automatically void your Twisted Torque warranty. The transmission must be correctly matched to the vehicle's horsepower, torque and intended use.
Horsepower ratings are application guidelines and are not unconditional guarantees of service life. Vehicle weight, engine torque, converter stall, gearing, tire, traction, boost/nitrous and launch conditions can all affect transmission load.
