The Twisted Torque Pro™ 10R80 takes everything in our Street build and steps up the clutch capacity, friction material, hydraulics and torque converter for higher-horsepower street and truck applications.

This is the build for customers running additional boost, performance tuning, or modified engine combinations that put more load on the transmission than a stock replacement was designed to handle.

WHAT MAKES THE PRO DIFFERENT?

The Pro isn't just a Street transmission with a different sticker.

The additional E and F clutch capacity provides more friction surface area to handle higher torque and repeated high-load shifts. Raybestos GPZ clutch material is designed for increased heat resistance and demanding performance use.

We also pay additional attention to valve-body pressure control and converter lockup operation to support the upgraded clutch package.

The goal is stronger clutch holding capacity without turning a street-driven truck or Mustang into a harsh-shifting race car.

APPLICATIONS & PROGRAMMING

Available for verified Ford 10R80 applications. VIN and original transmission identification are required.

Correct solenoid strategy programming, applicable adaptive service procedures, and Ford's required relearn must be completed after installation.
