PUMP

• Pump completely disassembled and inspected
• Pump gears and pocket checked for wear
• Stator support inspected
• New pump bushing and seal
• Pressure regulator circuit inspected
• Converter charge circuit checked
• Pump clearances set to specification

VALVE BODY & HYDRAULICS

• Valve body completely disassembled and cleaned
• TransGo RH diesel hydraulic corrections
• Pressure regulator circuit inspected
• Throttle valve and bore inspected
• Shift valves inspected
• Accumulator circuit serviced
• Overdrive circuit inspected
• TCC / lockup circuit inspected on 47RH
• Hydraulic governor disassembled, cleaned and inspected
• Valve body calibrated for positive clutch and band apply

LOW / REVERSE

• Low/reverse band inspected or replaced as required
• Reverse drum inspected
• Servo rebuilt
• Apply linkage inspected
• Band adjusted to specification
• 47RH double-wrap reverse band configuration retained where applicable

BUSHINGS, SEALS & SOFT PARTS

• Complete bushing kit
• New sealing rings
• New lip seals and O-rings
• New gaskets
• New front seal
• New manual shaft seal
