For heavier vehicles, dedicated drag racing, frequent competition use, or power levels exceeding this range, we strongly recommend upgrading to a Twisted 4L80E or TH400 platform. Their larger geartrain, clutch capacity, and overall design provide significantly greater torque capacity and long-term durability.
