The Twisted Executioner™ 6L90E is our highest-level performance transmission for modified GM HD trucks, Camaro ZL1, Cadillac CTS-V, and high-horsepower LS applications.

Built on our Punisher™ foundation, Executioner adds a Sonnax Extreme Duty 45-Tooth 300M Billet Shaft & Clutch System, 4140 Billet-Reinforced Output Planetary Carrier, and HD Billet Triple-Disc Lockup Torque Converter — INCLUDED.

Every unit is rebuilt in-house with a NEW Pump & Bellhousing Assembly and updated factory weak points.

Complete teardown, cleaning, inspection, and assembly.

Standard Build Includes: NEW Pump & Bellhousing Assembly, high-energy performance frictions and NEW steels, strengthened 1-2-3-4 apply piston, updated 3-5-Reverse drum, updated Low/Reverse clutch and sprag, TransGo TCC and clutch-select valve corrections, pressure regulator and boost-valve updates, new bushings, gaskets, seals, sealing rings, and filter.

All drums, shafts, bearings, and planetary assemblies inspected. Worn or damaged parts replaced.

Builder Spec: Approved 6L90-specific Alto Performance PowerPacks or equivalent.

Increased clutch holding capacity with new matching steels. Clutch clearances measured and set during assembly.

Factory output carrier upgraded with 4140 billet steel reinforcement at the spline area to resist cracking and separation under high torque.

Sonnax #104584-90K Output Planet Saver Kit — planetary lubrication update, subject to compatibility with the reinforced carrier.

Builder Spec: Sonnax #104534-HD Pump Slide Spring or equivalent in NEW pump assembly.

TransGo TCC, clutch-select, pressure regulator, and boost-valve corrections.

Pressure and shift calibration matched to the Extreme Duty clutch packs, engine torque, and triple-disc converter.

✔ Hard Parts Inspection & Final Assembly

Planetary gears, pinion bearings, clutch drums, shafts, hubs, and related parts inspected for cracks, wear, and heat damage.

New bushings, seals, sealing rings, and filter installed. Clutch packs measured and air-checked, with internal clearances verified before final assembly.

💥 HD BILLET TRIPLE-DISC LOCKUP TORQUE CONVERTER — INCLUDED

HD Billet Cover • Triple-Disc Lockup • Factory-Matched 1800–2000 RPM Stall • INCLUDED

Triple-disc lockup provides additional clutch holding surface for high-torque operation.

Higher stall speeds are available in the product options. Camshaft specifications may be required for modified engines.

GM 6L90 / 6L90E (RPO MYD) ONLY. NOT a direct replacement for the 6L80E (RPO MYC).

Model years are general application ranges. Duramax/Allison and later 10-speed applications are excluded.

VIN and factory transmission identification are required before ordering.

Executioner is built for approved high-horsepower applications, not unlimited racing abuse.

Damage caused by excessive heat, improper tuning, insufficient cooling, repeated hard launches, wheel hop, or operation beyond approved limits is not considered a manufacturing defect when inspection confirms those conditions caused the failure.

Warranty claims are evaluated under our written warranty terms and inspection findings.
