The Twisted Pro™ 200-4R steps up from our Street build with increased direct and overdrive clutch capacity, TransGo HD2-A calibration, upgraded servo and band apply, and a performance pump setup.

Built to order with customer-selectable shift feel and optional WOT shift-point calibration.

INTERMEDIATE BAND & SERVO

• Wide high-energy intermediate band

• Direct drum band surface inspected

10-VANE PERFORMANCE PUMP

• 10-vane pump configuration
• Hardened pump rings
• New pump bushing
• Updated pump slide spring
• Pump slide and pivot inspected
• Pump vanes inspected/replaced as required
• Rotor and pump pocket inspected
• Pump clearances set

TV / PRESSURE SYSTEM

• .471/.472 performance TV boost setup
• .500 boost setup used on higher-torque applications when required
• Pressure regulator valve and bore inspected
• Sonnax oversized PR repair used when bore wear requires correction

HARDENED STATOR SUPPORT

• Hardened / heat-treated stator support
• Stator splines and pump components inspected during assembly

VALVE BODY

• Completely disassembled and cleaned
• TransGo HD2-A calibration
• Valve and bore wear inspected
• TV circuit inspected
• Accumulator circuits inspected
• TCC circuit inspected
• Checkballs and separator plate inspected
• Sonnax wear-correction components installed where required

FACTORY HARD PARTS

Pro retains the factory-style 200-4R hard parts.

• OE forward drum and shaft inspected
• OE input shaft inspected
• Front and rear planetaries inspected
• OD carrier and ring gear inspected
• Sun shell inspected
• Sprags and roller clutches inspected
• Worn or damaged hard parts replaced

COMPLETE OVERHAUL

• Complete bushing kit
• New sealing rings
• New lip seals
• New gaskets and seals
• New filter
• Bearings and thrust components inspected/replaced as required
• Endplay checked and set
• Air checked during assembly
• Line pressure checked
• Final pressure test before shipping

🔒 1800–2100 RPM LOCK-UP CONVERTER INCLUDED

Includes a NEW 1800–2100 RPM lock-up torque converter.

Higher-stall options are available for combinations that require them.
