The Twisted Punisher™ E4OD / 4R100 is our 600 HP small-block gas build.

The Punisher steps up from the Street and Pro with increased clutch capacity, 6-pinion steel planetary, steel overdrive planetary, hardened input shaft, 45-element intermediate sprag, new overdrive sprag, E4OD-HD2 performance valve-body setup and billet lockup converter.

Built for modified street trucks, higher-horsepower small-block combinations and trucks that see hard use.

⚙️ TRANSGO E4OD-HD2 PERFORMANCE VALVE BODY

The Punisher uses the TransGo E4OD-HD2 performance setup.

This is a different calibration than the Street SK E4OD and the Pro Tugger setup.

The E4OD-HD2 includes:

The valve body is set up for shorter, firmer performance shifts while retaining automatic operation in Drive.

On applicable 1989–1995 E4OD applications, the E4OD-HD2 allows the transmission to hold first and second gear when manually selected while retaining automatic upshifts in Drive.

Gear Command is not available on 1996-up applications.

⚡ SOLENOID PACK

The correct E4OD / 4R100 solenoid pack is matched to the year and transmission configuration.

Solenoid operation is checked during the build and failed or out-of-spec units are replaced.

Movement between the E4OD / 4R100 center support and case is a known wear area. The support and case are checked and corrected during the build rather than simply installing new clutches into a worn case.

In addition to the Punisher hard-part upgrades, all reusable parts are cleaned and checked before assembly.

We inspect:

🚙 BILLET PERFORMANCE TORQUE CONVERTER INCLUDED

The Punisher includes a billet single-disc lockup converter matched to the vehicle and engine combination.

For higher-torque combinations, boosted engines, aggressive tuning, heavy towing or severe-duty use, a billet triple-disc lockup converter is available as an upgrade.

Every Punisher comes standard with a NEW transmission pan with drain plug.

For customers who want additional fluid capacity, upgrade to our:

High-Capacity Deep Aluminum Cooling Pan

E4OD and 4R100 transmissions changed throughout production. Year, engine, case, electronics, output shaft and vehicle configuration must be verified before ordering.

⚠️ COOLER REQUIREMENT

An auxiliary transmission cooler is REQUIRED.

The existing cooler and cooler lines must be professionally flushed and checked for unrestricted flow before installation.

If the previous transmission put metal or clutch material into the cooling system, the contaminated cooler must be replaced.

Do not put a fresh Punisher behind a dirty or restricted cooler.
