Ford C6 Small Block Performance Transmissions

The Ford C6 is a heavy-duty three-speed automatic used in classic Ford cars, trucks, and performance builds. Our small-block C6 transmissions are built for the Ford 289 six-bolt, 302/5.0L Windsor, 351 Windsor, and 351 Cleveland bellhousing patterns.

Choose Your C6 Build

• Twisted Street™ — 450 HP: High-energy clutches, heavy-duty steels, TransGo street calibration, and stock-stall converter.
• Twisted Pro™ — 550 HP: Increased clutch capacity, Kolene steels, billet servo, performance shift calibration, and 2100–2400 stall converter.
• Twisted Punisher™ — 650 HP: 300M billet input shaft, upgraded drums, hardened components, and 2500–2800 stall converter.
• Twisted Executioner™ — 850 HP: Billet drums, six-pinion planetary, rollerized gear train, and billet-cover converter.
• Twisted Hellbringer™ — 1000+ HP: Racing clutch packs, billet rotating components, full-manual shift control, and billet-cover race converter.

Fitment & Installation

Small-block C6 applications include properly configured Ford Mustangs, Cougars, Torinos, Rancheros, F-Series pickups, Broncos, and custom builds.

Confirm the engine bellhousing pattern, flexplate balance, converter bolt pattern, output shaft, and shifter configuration before ordering. C4, FMX, and manual transmission swaps may require additional installation components.
